    I believe that frequently changing the manager is not the answer; we end up with a squad of players that each new manager doesn't want, and with each window, we have a continual squad churn.
    It looks to me that JW has settled on a style of passing through the lines to a player who can then move the ball wide or into the channels. Now, the present problems are, we do not have many players comfortable with that system. I believe it will be easier to recruit players into the system than the random way we have recruited over the last few windows.
