So far I have not been impressed at all.

Van Der Bergh is totally anonymous during games.
Cole is just as Vale fans described him.
Palmer is far too inconsistent.

Not sure whether these were Jack's signings or the recruitment team. No longer know how players are scouted to improve the team.
