To my very simple brain, I’m not sure how the second one can be true given that piling only started a month ago. Why would 1 month of incorrect piling mean a 6 month delay. Plus Sweet said piling was ahead of schedule.

The third one, yes it will be more expensive (design work, delay, cost of building higher capacity). £100 million more? No idea. But going to 25k initially rather than in stages was claimed to save money overall. Whether we need 25k is another matter
