    The Government.

    At last a Government prepared to help SEND kids.

    The system has been broken and these proposals are a huge step in the right direction.

    Too many kid with needs have found their funding stopped overnight.
    Too many parents have had to fight schools and local government for the right of an education that fits the needs of their children for far too long.

    So many children with so much to give to society have been failed.

    Let's hope we keep moving forward in this direction.
    how we treat those who need the most help is a measure of a decent society IMO.

    Bring compassion back.
