Before today I would have agreed with you but you can now see why Norwich didn't give him the job full time. Remember he's played at the highest level and therefore supposedly knows the game. Maybe that's the problem, we're L1 not PL where he might succeed. But that aside his team selections are baffling, seemingly change for changes sake dropping in form players. I can't think at any level that that is good management. And the nonsense about Jones being our RB then not playing him, instead persisting with Lonwijk who can't pass. Remember these players, management, and coaching staff are paid handsomely for their work and yet they seem unable to do the basics like keeping a settled team, playing in form players, getting back to cover, and passing to team mates. None of this is rocket science.
