Not sure Wilshere was even a gamble. It's the club's M.O. Just like Graeme Jones, Bloomfield, Brabin and Buckle, Wilshere is another example of the edgy and wacky way the club want to do things. Being different for the sake of being different

95% of clubs would have gone for an experienced C'ship manager to keep us in Div 2, when we appointed Bloomfield. But, no, we had to be different

Seemingly unwilling to learn from past mistakes, seemingly unwilling to learn from other clubs' successes. It's utterly bizarre
