We were still in partial lockdown but you'd have thought that cost impacts would have been known by then, as we were out of the worst of the pandemic.

And that costs and time thing is part of what project managers deal with all the time

But the re-designs and delays because of those re-designs would have also impacted on cost, I'd have thought. I think it's fair to say not ALL cost increases for Power Court have been a result of external factors

But we have still gone from "debt-free" to XXX amount of debt. I'd hope the club are looking after costs. I'm sure they are but it is a fair question for supporters to be asking
