Not saying it's unfair, I'm just saying you need to give a manager with no experience some time to achieve succcess.

The pool of managers we could have got when Bloomfield was sacked was incredibly uninspiring. If we'd waited a month I'd have gone for Sheehan. But we have JW and I've seen enough in recent home games to suggest he'll get it right in time.
