I didn't watch today but I could have written your post 30 minutes before kick off.

Away from home we are such a soft touch, lack of leaders and a style of play that simply doesn't work at this level.

I actually believe in the football philosophy that Jack is trying to bring to the club but he needs to start getting more pragmatic in our away games.
