And that would be just fine. There's no need for everyone to know everything that goes on at the club. That would be ridiculous.
But 2020/our beloved CEO went to great lengths on our way up to show they were transparent, kept supporters in the loop, bigged up their great player signings, took a really high moral stance on just about everything.

Unfortunately since the big money has got involved, significant failure on the pitch and delay after delay on PC the clarity they used to give supporters has disappeared.
The funny thing is, had they not been so good years ago, their current failings might not be so magnified.
