Re: Losing weight by Running / Jogging
Running is good for your health but if losing weight is your main goal just eat less calories. The body is very efficient so running 5k a couple of days a week won’t make much difference in your weight if you don’t make a change in your diet as well. Especially since all that running will make you hungry.
