OK JW has his chosen style of play and would like Luton to play that way.
However we don't have the skills and type of players for that.
As a manager he must adapt to play to the squad strengths and the type of football that will bring success in Div 1.
If he can't adjust it will prove he is not up to the job and should be replaced, as manager he must play a system to get the most out of the players he has and put out a team that is able to compete.
Sorry you can't win a game with no shots on target.
