    This current squad and setup is not working.

    Two strikers in Wells and Yates that offer nothing working as isolated strikers.

    Two passive CMs in Walsh and Saville. Lack pace, always playing safe. We need a Kevin Nicholls type that can dominate a game - and for the money spent we should have it.

    This squad will achieve nothing this season.
