Wilshere is the one choosing to play possession based football in League One.

He’s the one asking players to do things they aren’t capable of - particularly in midfield.

He’s the one deciding that Wells upfront on his own is the answer.

Shit recruitment, Gary Sweet, gutless players, there are lots that fans are blaming today’s result on - but you cant escape the fact that tactically we were naive today and Barnsley picked us off with ease.

Let's hope Wilshere is a fast learner.
