You can tell that Wells is a clever player with good touch and movement, but he needs players to run off him. Probably his best moment so far was his chipped ball over the top for Woodrow for our winner against Wimbledon in the first game.

Yates though... I've seen nothing promising from him yet. Bumped into a Derby fan the other week who told me "Yates won't get you promotion".
