    I doubt he cost much, so sometimes worth a gamble. We often sign these sorts of cheap young forward players - Nombe, Pepple etc, and most don't amount to much. Every now and again a Richards or Adebayo turns out to be class, or you can at least get a good profit like with Joe Taylor.

    We just signed two, Gbode and Archer. If one turns out to be a waste of time and the other either scores a few or leaves for a good fee, then that's not bad going. If they both succeed then that's a great bonus. And even if they're both rubbish I doubt it will cause too many problems for the accountants.
