Good post

We just seem to have a load of wide forwards and centre halves and 2 or 3 defensive midfielders. The squad is ridiculously unbalanced

The wing back/full back situation is bonkers. Creatively, in midfield, we don't have a lot and, up front, we have spent £3.5 million in fees and, I daresay, a lot on wages for Wells, Yates and Nordas (probably not as expensive salary-wise as the other two). Return on that investment so far - not very good

I have hope in Wilshere but he needs 2 windows to fix this mess and I hope he has scouts/recruitment staff that he trusts
