It's not just one person though, Nathan had a number two and some of the scouts, analysts etc have changed. Also, it is clear that Jones struggled with higher level players when he came up against them and so did we.

I think NJ had a big positive influence on a lot about this club but also Harford is taking a lesser role for example. It's more complex than just one person making the difference.

Recruiting into a team likely to do well in League One / Two is a lot different to recruiting for a team in the EPL or that has suffered a relegation or two.
