    We just have major recruitment issues. But, why should that be?

    Why was recruitment so good under N Jones but so shit most other times? If we're missing out on our first choice targets, why is that? If we are signing our first choice targets, why are most of them failing?

    Other clubs will be looking at us and learning lessons. Football is a small world and they'll know what's going on more than us fans do.

    There is one club that doesn't seem to be learning lessons from our humiliating plummet from grace, though...
