That was my thinking as well. Not ideal as he's looked a bit shaky at wing-back, but a better option than Makosso.

I think Mads needs a rest. I'd give Menghi and Makosso a run of games at centre-back and let them build up an understanding. I'm not a lover of Bramall but if we are playing a flat back four, then he's our only left back.
