IF the money is not for the short term (>5 years) then yes you want a low fees S&S ISA. Dodl is good.

It will be cash in the account (will get 4% interest if it's left as cash) until you invest. Put it all in but invest a monthly amount over the course of the year (DCA-ing). Choose an all world index fund.

Also look into a LISA for the 25% bonus, depending on what the aim of the money is.

That's best practice for a low risk approach but completely a personal choice
