The Pan Pacific on Raffles Road is awesome. Very close to the street food areas.
If you like this sort of thing, the Botanical gardens are great, a shortish trip on the underground trains which are themselves stunning; clean, fast, efficient, easy to navigate.
Closer to the centre you could take a walk to the Marina Bay Sands hotel. It’s the one featured in all the travel guides, that looks like it has a ship on top. Take the lift up to the top for awesome views. Take a drink with you as there are rip off prices in the cafes at the top. Enjoy !
