    Hard to see how we are going to get in behind teams and setup Yates unless we dip into the transfer market for better quality. Potentially that is where Chong comes in?

    While Walsh and Clark are tidy they are not runners with the ball and that is where we really miss Aasgaard.

    It’s so frustrating as we have so much of the ball but it’s mostly sideways and back, and Wigan should have capitalised at least once from a loose square pass.

    Bramhall had a mixed game, still feel we need better in that position if we are serious about mounting a promotion challenge.

    Good to win but still unconvincing, and with likely additions, Chong, Jones and Brown to come back in we certainly aren’t in bad position.

    Full credit for Nordas for working so hard and being a physical pain to their centre backs, if nothing else it shows that in this league you still have to have a Nordas/AAH/Cheek type player to run at defences and force mistakes.
