But 3 at the back isn't working either. We create next to fuck all with 2 up front in a 3-5-2/5-3-2

At least with a 4-2-3-1, in possession we can probably go with three up front with two wide forwards (Kodua and Alli for example). Out of possession it's a 4-5-1

But I have no idea what Plan A or Plan B are supposed to be. In wide attacking areas, we seem to have recruited for a 4-3-3 or a 4-2-3-1 but in terms of central forwards, defenders and midfielders (and the bonkers lack of full backs) we seem to have recruited for a 3-5-2/5-3-2

It's a complete mess. What is our identity and personality? What is our style? I haven't got a clue and, seemingly, nor has anyone at the club
