Valid point to make.
I get the feeling 2020 have tip toed around UK Power and the whole sub-station thing for fear of putting someone's nose out of joint.
I also thought they'd be the ones with the drone footage.
Perhaps they'll do more once there's stuff going on above ground that's very visible.
