Yes indeed.

I can't imagine the amount of red tape and bullshit that must be involded to even get a project like this started, never mind completed.

As much as we all want to see four stands going up, I'm encouraged to see at least something going on and the site is not abandoned. It doesn't look like it will be long before some stadium-shaped progress is made and it is still summer...

But as befoe, not a clue.
