For a start you send out the right messages.
You make sure that the biggest companies know they are expected to pay a fair share of tax.
You stop the spivs and Charlatans like the water Companies taking the piss.

You could stop companies from getting monopolys.

We have become so currupt in this country.

You send out messages to say that we care about the less well off, the disabled, those with learning disabilities and that it is a priority to give them the funding they need.
Instead we put in means tests for the disabled, we shut down rehab clinics, we shut down day centres for the mentally ill.
This week the Labour government launched a campaign for people to buy shares, basically encouraging people to gamble with their money and to send out another message that those with money need to get richer.

If you start with the basics like actually looking like you give a fuck and back it up with funding instead of cuts it would be a start.
