The man is just on one huge Ego trip.
If public services hadn't been destroyed many of the people he thinks are the problem would have the help they need.
There used to be two day centres that I personally knew that were shut down for people with mental Health issues.
On the back of them closing down at least 3 people who attended committed suicide, they might well still be alive if they had the support they needed.
If he wants to really help he should stop fucking around with private vigilantes and put some money into supporting people with mental health / drug problems, many are linked.
