    TALKING HATTERS
    ‘IT’S OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY’
    Your opportunity to chat about mental health issues,
    football and life with fellow Hatters
    Talking Hatters is a new weekly zoom chat meeting open to all and designed to support
    anyone who might be struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, loneliness or any other
    issues which affect their mental health and wellbeing. That’s most of us at some time or
    other, and this is YOUR safe and accessible space to talk about it and about Luton Town
    and life of course!
    Luton Town Supporters’ Trust recognise the importance of creating community
    initiatives that embrace more than simply the football team we love and this weekly
    meeting – hosted by the Trust – also aims to:
    • Raise awareness of mental health within the supporter community
    • Offer regular, informal spaces for discussion and peer support
    • Reduce stigma and encourage open conversation about mental health as well as football
    • Help to build mental health knowledge and offer access to professional support
    Our first Talking Hatters meeting is on
    Sunday July 13th between 7pm and 8pm
