How many times have you watched a documentary on a band or a famous album. They will regularly say, "we didn't want song X on the album, never mind as a single ".

The song goes on to be their best known track.

Each football season is like that. You have a couple of duff games at the pre season and first few proper games. Then something clicks and you end up top six.
The opposite start and you think you have footballing gods. Then something flips and fighting relegation.

Fact is,,,, we have no idea. Only opinions that come back to bite us.
