You can't just take some AI stuff and post it as fact. Undoubtedly some people have done very well out of the collapse of communism but looking at the world as a whole the gap between rich and poor continues to widen with fewer and fewer extremely wealthy people whilst the majority of the worlds population live in relative poverty.

That doesn't sound to me very much like the standard of living is increasing for the majority.
