For me the mistake was the reaction of whoever it was that made the football decision following the loss of Locks and Marv.
If they were the "two" mistakes then so be it but its fundamental to what has happened since.
Hashi departing today is a timely reminder.
Whether that was GS or a.n.other, we will never know.
Onward and upwards.
