With League one only allowing for a squad of 22 players, I do feel we will see major outgoings before we get anyone in. Unsure I would miss many, as many are on very high wages and will cause issues with the wage restrictions of league 1 due to our poor ability to get other funds in. Also the question of wages some of our players are on, I dont think anyone above 10000 quid a week is worth that in league 1 on a general level due to the complications it brings us with the wage structure of the division. It is however impossible for us as fans to know the wages of the players so who has to leave, who is overpaid etc is purely speculation allthough with a lot of very strong rumors on some, we know there are significant weekly wage payments to some.

We need hungry players able to field a promotion challenge in the first season, so a mixture of the younger players in our squad, and maybe 1 or 2 of the more experienced plus a group of more experienced players from this level would be what I assume be the result of this transfer window.
