    Yep, quick passing, focus on footballers rather than physicality.

    Most junior football in Portugal and Spain is played on 3g pitches. It teaches control and encourages footballing ability. Slowly things are progressing here but a lot of junior football is still on park muddy pitches. At junior level here big strong kids thrive as they can kick it further and touch control is not the main requirement to be successful.

    You would think with prem money this is easily fixable.....
