    The back 3 got us up but with Nakamba protecting. It was man for man rather that killed us in the EPL and he continued it in the EFL. Plus (some of these overlap eachother) -

    RE being flattered by Pep and Klopp - "don't change" the system.
    No Plan B when the Pep system wasn't working
    No Plan C to close a game down - losing so many leads like Newcastle, Bournmeouth, etc
    Poor recruitment - discussed widely on here and elsewhere.
    Replacing Barkley and Lokonga with Clark and Nelson v Burnley and that theme continued.
    Off field antics
    No leaders in the team.
    Players dropping at least 10% some more - as referenced by TL.
    RE staying too long - should have gone after Boro away
    Lost our DNA and that has to be totally rebuilt
