The other thing, we used to mock the likes of Stoke etc for how badly they did on a lot of money. Now we use them as a barometer to excuse our own failings.

I suspect our wage bill is far higher than their's this season.

I just think there is a level of complacency at the club that everything is fine whereas I think the structure on the playing side needs a tweak. After the last two years, I find it beyond mad that we're seemingly approaching another window with the exact same recruitment set up.
