As a prison officer, it's dictated by senior management and government where we keep them.

He one dangerous fucker and should never see the light of day again but those above will always give them a chance. I've been assaulted more times than I can remember and had colleagues stabbed, slashed etc, it's not so bad being assaulted by someone who's been docile, you can't see it coming but to provide him with boiling hot oil is is negligent at the very least.
