If Taylor wasn’t even tried v QPR in the Carabao, it says Edwards doesn’t want him. Of course Taylor might not be the answer, but we’ll never know either way under Edwards.
If a player is sent out on loan to gain experience, exceeds expectations, but is then kept on the bench, not played and is first to be dropped from the matchday squad without having any chance at showing what he can do: what message does that send to young L1/L2 talent?
