Rob Edwards seems like a lovely chap who obviously cares about the club but quite frankly he doesn't look well and we have to remember he is a sensitive chap and there is a human being in there. His demeanor and appearance has changed drastically with some blaming Sweet for interfering in his transfer aspirations etc.
However Edwards has built up a lot of goodwill with the Fans and presumably the Board and my suggestion would be to give him a sabbatical to get himself straight whilst a safe pair of hands takes over his role. Rather than lose him he could be kept on and offered the role as first team coach for example as he seems to be well respected by the players although his formations and tactics perhaps not so much.
Either way is changing the manager going to solve all our problems, i dont think so.
