We finished 3rd from bottom, above bigger spenders Burnley and Sheffield United, and weren't officially relegated until the last day of the season, even although you could argue second from last due to goal difference. That despite having an injury crisis. One pundit thought we'd be relegated by Christmas and opposition fans thought we'd break Derbys PL lowest points record.
Looking at the PL now two of the promoted sides are in the bottom three and only former PL champions Leicester are above the relegation zone and they are struggling.

I thought we gave it a good go don't you?
