    Agree we don't get any points for what the players do in training its about having the right match mentality during matches. Today there was no pattern to our play, too much ball watching, unforced errors but worse than that we lacked team spirit, heads went down and they started blaming eachother for mistakes. Our whole philosophy the past few years has been our aggression and togetherness as a team. Watford and the Sunderland games apart we haven't shown that. We have a manager who constantly has to make excuses for our poor performances and shoulders all the blame. The players have to have a good look at themselves. If they don't want to put in the effort then move on.
    I feel for the fans who made the long journey at great cost and were served up with that. I hope the players felt ashamed at that performance as they gingerly walked over to half applaud the fans. Problem is I don't think they care.
