If we're to be successful, we will encounter billy big bollocks players who think they're amazing (well, they actually are at this level).

If he can't get them singing, or inspire them to put in 110% to get back up to 'their level', he's failing as a manager.

If it was a serious issue, they should've been cut loose, and expectations lowered so that everybody was on board for a grindy rebuildy year.
