It's 100% his team, and he's improved year on year with it.
The playoff final defeat no doubt took the wind out of his sails, and no doubt it's hard to keep on going when you feel you've peaked. Things get stale.
Edwards, in comparison, inherited Nathan Jones' hard work, gave the players a good vibe morale boost, and we have by and large regressed ever since.
I would blame Robins' poor results on stagnation in a certain environment, not on being inept and out of his depth. He's 100% worthy of a spin.
