    1) Conceding lots of last minutes goals.
    2) Failure to hold on to multiple goal leads.
    3) Going man to man pressing in defence (look at the second today).
    4) Insisting on playing with 3 CB (when we had 1 fit)
    5) No def Mid (as seen today)
    6) Stating he would rather win 4-2 instead of 2-0.
    7) Changing style of play without the players to do so.
    8) Square pegs in round holes
