You are ill informed.

There is money available.

Undisclosed is used by all clubs to protect the player and the receiving club. This is basic common knowledge.

The money for PC was in place before promotion. The EPL money has meant kitting out all 4 sides equally, going to 25k straight away rather than in stages. It also means the river can be moved and the hotel, music centre and NHS parts could be built too. All securing our future.
