Yep. Woodrow has proven what he can do. Taylor hasn’t. He might not be the answer. Maybe he’ll prove as ineffective as Woodrow. But we don’t know - and nor does Edwards.
Taylor was loaned out last season to prove himself. He did so. The loans couldn’t have gone any better. Yet Taylor has been given minimal time since, when the strikers - for largely valid reasons - have been out of form.
Not trying Taylor as an alternative to Woodrow makes zero sense on any level.
(I hope Woodrow comes on and scores and his defenders can (continue to) laugh at me.
