I've no idea what our stadium will cost.

But a few numbers on the back of an envelope:

NP = £50m
PL cash = £100m?

And then the money from the flats. Somehow, a new build 1 bed flat at Kimpton Road in Luton is priced at £280k. 2 beds are going at 335k

)

Therefore, take the base price of 280k * 550 flats in the outline plan, with a 20% margin should get around an extra £30m (pissing in the wind with these figures maybe)

So, we've got approx £180m. Is that sufficient?
