Poorly implemented and used technology has a lot to answer for, driven by the usual cost cutting.

Banks are a great example as well. Such a frustrating experience trying to contact them. I went into a branch the other day and their answer to every question was 'use the app'. I couldn't use the app which is why I was there!

Imo the country is in a race to the bottom, with companies outsourcing everything
