4 day weeks and WFH

Not a major issue with either of those if they work for the the companies

- 4 day working week - if they can put their 5 day hours into 4 days - its still the same amount of hours. May work for some people

-Hybrid WFH - nothing wrong with that either. Sometimes I can get more done on WFH days. Wouldn't like to WFH full time though. But again if a company and employee make that choice no real harm.

May have been some valid points in the the rest of that list , but there is some spurious stuff as well. Better off focusing on actual stuff
