- Why Does the Club Not Answer Emails?
If my employees waited 2 weeks to respond to a paying client, I'd go fucking mental.Why does a business with a £100mil+ revenue not have the same urgency?

Hey,
Recently purchased an audio pass (Preston match). Received confirmation from the club that payment was taken, and money has left my account, but the confirmation email provides no link to the actual content.
In addition, upon browsing to the LTFC+ section on the site, the package I've purchased just says "purchased" with no ability to click through anywhere.
I'm trying to access via a mobile browser (Firefox on Android). I presume this is ok, as the site doesn't inform me otherwise.
I also noticed that the date of the match is wrong on the page if this is causing any issues? (It says audio pass 23/08/24, not the 24th).
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. xxxx
